J and M Rentals offers two duplex apartments on Cedar Creek Road, located 5 miles south of Carbondale and 10 minutes from the SIU campus. This building was constructed in 1980.
The Cedar Creek apartments feature:

Terms of the Lease:
We ask for tenants to sign a one year lease.
We ask for one month's rent as a security deposit to hold the apartment. The first month's rent is then due the day the tenant takes posession of the apartment.
The last month's rent is then due within ninety days from the day the tenant takes posession of the apartment.
The Duplex Apartments are currently renting for $550 a month, or $575 with a washer/dryer.

 | Cedar Creek Road is located south of Carbondale off of Cedar Creek Road.
Follow U.S. 51 south out of Carbondale for approximately 2.5 miles, till you reach the intersection of Old Highway 51. Turn right on to Old Highway 51, and drive for another half mile until you see Cedar Creek road on your right. Cedar Creek is the second asphalt road on the right past the intersection of Old and New 51. The duplex is located one half mile west on at 556 Cedar Creek road. It is the second drive on the left past Church Camp Road. It is a white duplex apartment with red brick trim.You can refer to the map by clicking the map icon to the left. |
