map iconTake US 51 North from Carbondale to Desoto IL. Turn East over the railroad tracks. Turn South at the first available road. Follow Hereford Lane about one half mile, the duplex is on the left. It is a light tan vinyl sided, with carports in the front.

Terms of the Lease:

Cost of Rent varies. Please phone (618)528-2752 for current rates.
We ask for tenants to sign a one year lease.
We ask for one month's rent as a security deposit to hold the apartment. The first month's rent is then due the day the tenant takes posession of the apartment.
The last month's rent is then due within ninety days from the day the tenant takes posession of the apartment.
