Terms of the Lease:
We ask for tenants to sign a one year lease.
We ask for one month's rent as a security deposit to hold the apartment. The first month's rent is then due the day the tenant takes posession of the apartment.
The last month's rent is then due within ninety days from the day the tenant takes posession of the apartment.
The Kim St. Apartments are currently renting for $375 a month, or $400 with a washer and dryer.
The Hereford Lane Apartments are currently renting for $475 a month, or $500 with a washer and dryer.
