We ask for tenants to sign a one year lease.
We ask for one month's rent as a security deposit to hold the apartment. The first month's rent is then due the day the tenant takes posession of the apartment.
The last month's rent is then due within ninety days from the day the tenant takes posession of the apartment.

The Duplex Apartments are currently renting for $750 a month.

map iconThe Giant City Duplex is located on Giant City Blacktop about 1/4 mile south of Giant City School. Take Giant City Blacktop south of Carbondale till you reach the Boskeydell Rd. intersection. Giany City School will be on the right (west side of road). The apartments are 1/4 mile south on the left (east side of road). You will be looking for a cedar sided building with carport on each end. The building is obscured from Giant City road, with a tree line, so you must watch closely. If you make it to the "S" turn past Giant City School you have missed it.
