The Mara Lane apartments feature:

Terms of the Lease:

We ask for tenants to sign a one year lease.
We ask for one month's rent as a security deposit to hold the apartment. The first month's rent is then due the day the tenant takes posession of the apartment.
The last month's rent is then due within ninety days from the day the tenant takes posession of the apartment.

The Duplex Apartments are currently renting from $550 to $575 a month, or $575 to $600 with a washer and dryer.

Directions:

map iconMara Lane is located south of Carbondale off of Cedar Creek Road.
Follow U.S. 51 south out of Carbondale for approximately 2.5 miles, till you reach the intersection of Old Highway 51. Turn right on to Old Highway 51, and drive for another half mile until you see Cedar Creek road on your right. Cedar Creek is the second asphalt road on the right past the intersection of Old and New 51. Take Cedar Creek for approximately one half mile to Church Camp Road, which is on the left. Take Church Camp a half mile to Mara lane on the right.
